It's 2018 already. There're many things I've been through since my last post in this blog (re: 2012). I was still in undergraduate program at that time (Universitas Negeri Padang). Time indeed flies. At present, I've got my master degree in English Language Teaching (Universitas Negeri Malang). My life in Malang was just so amazing. It has left over a lot of memories I will always keep in mind.

The picture above shows how panic and busy we are doing our assignments. Most of the lecturers give us a lot of assignments that must be collected at the end of semester. And at last, we believe in "The Power of Kepepet". LOL :D

Paper Thesis Writing (PTW)

Paper Thesis Writing (PTW), that's one of the subjects I have this semester. We learn how to make a thesis. I think this is such a very important subject that i must be serious in it. This subject guides me to make a good writing of thesis so that I know about the rules and information what to write in each chapters of the thesis. At the end of the course, we're supposed to finish writing chapter 1, 2 , and 3 of our thesis. Till this time, I'm in progress writing chapter 2. Sometimes, I get stuck and have no idea what to write. When I face this problem, I just leave it all and do any other things like watching or networking. I hope I can use this thesis for my later final project to graduate from this university. Or at least, I just need to continue to write the next chapters, chapter 4 and 5. As college students who are required to write a thesis or paper to graduate from university, we must keep spirit. "Writing is difficult" must not be in o...

English for Young Learners

Gambar
In this 6th semester, I have a class of EYL (English for Young Learners). In the beginning, we learned about the development of socio-emotional, cognitive, and moral of young learners. We learned deeply about how to teach them later. We also have made the teaching materials for the 4th, 5th, and 6th grade of elementary school. For our mid-term test, we were asked to do observation in one of elementary schools. We were asked to observe their developmental stage of socio-emotional, cognitive, and moral. My group observed an elementary school in isolated area in Batang anai. We took the photos above in the observation. We learned many things there. we also had fun and played with the students there. This observation will be presented in our mid-term presentation test at the end of this April. We hope to do our presentation well. Wish us luck ^^

I miss my Smanten

Gambar
Yes I say I do miss my Smanten, a school where I spent my 3 years with all happiness and sadness. Now, my mind is like coming back to all the moments when I was there, in my lovely school. I miss any single steps I had there, in my classrooms, canteen, library, mosque, toilet, parking area, school field, laboratories, and teachers’ room. I miss to have a flag ceremony every Monday morning. I remember when I picked up the garbage or raised up my hand to the head looking at the flag because of being late. I hated it at that time, but now I find it fun :D I miss all activities I had with all my friends in our classroom. I miss the desk and chair where I sat, the whiteboard where I wrote anything, and any other things in my classroom. I miss the moment when my friends and I went to the canteen when studying hours were running. I miss all my Smanten friends . . . I MISS ALL MY “PUTIH ABU-ABU” MOMENTS >,

Lazy day

Today I don't feel like doing anything. I just wanna lay in my bed. Don't feel like picking up my phone. So leave the message at the tone. Coz today I don't feel like doing anything. Hmm, what a lazy day. But, let's come to the reality!!! I have 2 classes this afternoon, RLT and CCU. Firstly I felt happy because i won't have CALL class. Unluckily, I have make-up class of RLT on the same hours. It's perfect with all the assignments I have to do. Okee, be a nice day please ^^ Okee . .

After 2 Years . .

Gambar
2 years have passed since i wrote a post in this blog. At that time, I was still in the first year of this univ. I just feel that it was yesterday when i step up my foot on this faculty named "FBS". Isn't it so fast? >, Now, i have been in the third year. Many things have happened. I'll never forget any seconds I pass. Everything I got, everything I faced ,will always be in my unforgettable memory. Sometimes, I'm afraid to face the future. I'm afraid to loose what I have and get now. If only I could, I would stop the time, and start it again whenever I want. However, it's impossible. I must always be able to say, I'm ready to face the future, and I'll have a bright future :)

RISDA ASFINA 12249 K.4 Hi, Zie ! I have a surprising news for you. Now, I'm in Sydney, Australia. I've been here since four days ago. I'm here with my cousins. How nice sydney is! We've visited several famous places here. They are Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Royal Botanical Gardens, Luna Park, and Sydney Tower. All of them are really wonderful. So, that's why Sydney is stated as one of the nicest cities in the world. But, everything is expensive here. Of course because Sydney is the most expensive city in Australia and the 66th in the world. I will come back to Padang after holiday is over. So, I still have time for about three days. I won't miss anything here. So, for the rest time, I plan to go to some museums here, such as Powerhouse Museum, Art Gallery of New South Wales, and Museum of Contemporary Art. If you were here right now, you would enjoy it too, and you wouldn't want to leave it soon. So, I look forward to having travelling around...
my new life is in padang state university ... (^_^)
